Did not provide information on Octroi and other charges in the initial discussion but after the luggage was packed and loaded they added 2800 Octroi + 1400 St. Charges + 2500 Others to the initial estimated of 17,500. They promised to deliver after 2 days maximum but they took 6 days to deliver the luggage from Bangalore to Pune. We asked for the separate vehicle and they promised the same but on the day of packing, they got the big vehicle and clearly it was shared. No doubt that they did a very good work on packing, loading, un-loading and un-packing but they did not give what was promised like separate vehicle, extra 7000 Rs to the estimated given and on-time delivery. I would suggest to clear out everything before you hire them to avoid last minute surprises.
